STAY AWAY AVOID. POOR MANAGEMENT AND THEY LIE.

− We stayed ONE night out of four. It was advertised as Free private parking and parking garage. Which there was neither. As a trades person, this is the most important when booking anyway along with WIFI... There was only on street parking and there was WiFi BUT nobody knew the password. So technically NO WIFI. The kitchen light didn't work due to the bulb being full of water from the bathroom above.( I changed the bulb). According to the advert and their own COHOST website, it has a fully equipped kitchen, a home from home. If you have one pot and no utensils in your home then they are correct... There wasn't a plug for the kitchen sink. I called the cohosts, and at first seemed polite and helpful, this then fell apart quite quickly. They denied about the advertisement about the parking even though I sent them photos. They could NOT get in touch with the home owners to sort out the WiFi as they didnt have the appropriate information, it has very poor phone reception so couldn't reply on my phone unless you stood in the bay window to get phone signal. I spent over 5 hours on the phone between Booking.com and the hosts, the hosts denied and lied about having contact with booking.com. IT WAS AN ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES. I use booking.com weekly as I travel the country for work and have never come across such an unprofessional misguided host. I did get a partial refund as i had to pay £106 cleaning fee. But if they hadn't mis sold the property I would never have booked it.
