1.0Die Einrichtung IKEA ist in Ordnung, das Bett war gut, sonst gibt es so viele Kritikpunkte. Ich bin fassungslos über die Art und Weise des Gastgebers.
− Zutritt zur Unterkunft hat nicht funktioniert mit dem Code, der vorab zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Ich musste anrufen und mir dann einen Schlüssel aus der Garage nehmen. D.h. Check In nicht sicher. In der Unterkunft selbst war es sehr kalt. Die Heizung war aus, ich habe diese angemacht, es wurde nicht richtig warm. Zur Ausstattung: WLAN Router hat nicht funktioniert, d.h. kein Internet. Kaffeekapsel gab es keine - der Kaffee war leer. Geruch im Zimmer abgestanden. Geräuschkulisse direkt an einer Hauptstrasse sehr laut. Generell ist das Gebäude sehr hellhörig, d.h. wer Ruhe sucht, wird hier ein Thema bekommen. Die Dusche, kein Shampoo oder Duschgel, d.h. nichts vorbereitet. Seife leer im Bad... ich würde mich als Gastgeber schämen. Jetzt kommt das Beste und ich finde dies eine absolute Frechheit: Ich habe vor Anreise nachgefragt, ob mir eine Rechnung zugesandt wird, da ich diese benötige. Zum Abreisetag wurde diese Rechnung zugesichert (26.03.2026), bis heute (30.03.2026) keine Rechnung erhalten, trotz mehrmaligem Anschreiben und leeren Versprechungen, dass diese kommt und das Thema erledigt wird. Kurzum: Für 240 Euro (2 Nächte) ist dies eine Zumutung gewesen. Der Gastgeber ist unprofessionell und nicht zu empfehlen.
