9.0Ansprechpartner vor Ort war sehr Nett und hat alle Fragen direkt beantwortet. Klimaanlage top und gut einstellbar mit der Fernbedienung. Parken am Haus sehr gut. Küche ist gut ausgestattet.
− Nachbarn waren ein Tick zu laut, wofür der Vermieter nix kann.

8.0Schöne Lage, nah am Wasser und Cala Ratjada ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr nette Betreuung durch den Vermieter.
− Der Pool und der Außenbereich haben keine Beleuchtung. Wenn man spät Abends nochmal in den Pool gegangen ist, musste man im Dunkeln schwimmen.

9.0Ein wunderschönes Haus, eine Parallelstrasse vom Meer entfernt, es fehlt an nichts. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, aber doch nur 15min Fussweg vom quirligen Cala Ratjada Zentrum entfernt. Sehr gerne wieder.
