− NOT 2 bathrooms. One bathroom (no lock) and one toilet. Rough area - metal gates on front snd back door. Dangerous hob - used to boil eggs. Could not turn off the gas.
Never book. Unorganised people
1.0− Terrible experience. We booked and travelled all the way only to be told it’s been occupied by another party. Dragging all our suitcases and belongings. Wasted £100 in total cab fare. Left with no alternatives. Not helpful in the least

Outstanding property and host!
10.0Fantastic size for 6 guests. Everyone slept comfortably and there was plenty of space for all of us and our things. Having a separate bathroom as well as a bathroom with a shower was great for the group size too and having fridge access & cooking implements meant our gluten free friend could prepare her own food safely. Lot of thought in what to provide to people staying from the host and the host was incredibly clear and responsive to communication throughout our stay. We aim to book here again for the same event in the future! The living room was excellent too - Had a great time watching TV as a group during downtime. Very short and easy walk to the shops or the Excel!

2.0The free parking straight outside the house was great.
− I stay in these kind of properties every week for work, out of all the properties we have stayed in this is the worst. The place is filthy and needs a proper deep clean. There is mould all over the place including on the side of the divan bed, which is disgusting. The wifi password is unreadable so we couldn't use it. On the first night the neighbours were arguing all night through the paper thin walls. The beds are very uncomfortable, mattresses very worn out and like sleeping on a pile of boulders. The sofas in the living room were also very worn and uncomfortable. Mould all over the bathroom. Rat eaten waste all over the front garden. Dirt, dirt, dirt and more dirt everywhere.
