6.0Elena was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location is decent, situated just a short walk from the main train station. However, keep in mind that you will need to take a water bus or taxi or walk quite a bit to explore the main sights.
− It's obvious the owner has a personal attachment to this lovely property and wants it looked after. That said, the extensive list of rules and guidelines made the stay feel a bit restrictive for a brief holiday. A simpler set of house notes would go a long way in making guests feel more comfortable.

10.0La atención de Elena, explicó muy bien todo lo relacionado con la vivienda. La situación de la vivienda, próxima a la zona comercial, a restaurantes, y al vaporeto y sobre todo el alojamiento, muy bonito y con todo lo necesario.

10.0Even though my stay was short, I had a wonderful experience. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and well equipped, with a beautiful renovation that perfectly combines authentic Venetian charm with modern comfort. The location is excellent, close to the vaporetto stop, bars, and restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful. Self-check-in was easy, and Elena was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again!
