− Need refurbished, some furniture in balcony, better equipped. I expected better amenities, and more modern furniture, particularly in the kitchen. General impression was that the apartment has been furnished only for rental purposes

− קצת ישן, בעיקר חדר הרחצה. חנייה אמנם בחינם, אבל הייתה בקומה 9, לכן יש נסיעה ארוכה בחניון שכוללת סיבובים רבים עד הגעה לחניית הרכב
