No Hot water No Power and refusing refund
1.0Location good and apartment good size however there were things missing for the two bedroom aprtment like no toaster or working bottle opener
− We were booked in for 3 days and vacated the second day due to the constant power shortages, electrical burning smell and no hot water or smoke alarms. We gave them the opportunity to fix the problems but when the power went out again and we were left in pitch black darkness. We had no option but to leave. cancelling the two nights accommodation, getting an emergency accommodation at the grand hotel. We are so Disappointed as adding insult they are refusing to give us a refund. Unfortunately booking .com have not have been supportive here saying we must go back to the host. Hopefully my travel insurance will help us here.

8.0Dobra lokalizacja, bardzo spoko okolica, plus generalnie wszędzie niedaleko. Mieszkanie odnowione, ciche. Dobry kontakt z właścicielką.
− Brakowało nam półek i większej ilości wieszaków. Jesienią przydałyby się koce do spania, a mieliśmy tylko prześcieradła i narzuty.

No Hot Water, No Help — Very Disappointing
1.0− We had a terrible experience at this property. There was no hot water at all, which is completely unacceptable. After a hot day, our whole family — including a child — could not take a shower. We contacted the lady via WhatsApp, but nothing was done for hours, and the problem was never fixed. To make things worse, electricity went out when we tried to cook dinner (it eventually came back). But the hot water issue was never solved. Very disappointing and unprofessional for a place that calls itself “luxury.”
