− Very disappointing and UNSAFE experience. We were not informed about the ongoing maintenance works leading into the apartment. We were repeatedly forced to navigate ladders, paint buckets and obstructed stairways. One day the maintenance works were so distruptive we stayed inside the apartment until they had finished, when we finally left, I slipped down the stairs which had been left dangerously slippery with no warning signs in place resulting in a bruised lower back. When I informed the property, they told me that anything that happens outside of the apartment door they are responsi.ble for, even through the stairs are part of the building that is the only exit and entry point. Carolina the property manager advised that she would grant me monetary compensation but did not fulfill this entirely. To date she has not responded to my calls, whatsapp or messages via booking.com. Additionally, the power in the apartment repeatedly short-circuited despite only having the AC running. I urge any travellers to reconsider this accomodation

10.0Ubicación perfecta Tranquilidad para dormir Tienes consignas de maletas a 5 minutos , si el horario del Check-in no te cuadra Las camas súper cómodas , una gran amplitud de espacio No es necesario coger transporte para visitar lo más popular de Roma Todo un placer haber estado allí

10.0Appartamento storico ubicato in pieno centro a due minuti da Piazza Navona, posizione perfetta per visitare Roma a piedi, pulito con tutto l’essenziale, letti comodi, ci è stato possibile sia in arrivo che in partenza lasciare in sosta le valigie sia prima che dopo il check in, noi eravamo in 6 persone e si stava benissimo, personale gentile,lo consiglio vivamente
− Unica pecca la cucina un po piccola, ma molto ben servita
