Sehr schönes Haus; mangelhafte Verwaltung
4.0Die Lage war sehr gut und wie angekündigt. Die Einrichtung war an sich schön aber hätte besser gepflegt werden müssen. An sich ist das Haus sehr schön aber die Pflege, Reinigung und Wartung ist leider vernachlässigt worden. In Summe ist es ein schönes Haus in einer wirklich super Lage. Man kann das Gelände schnell über den hinteren Ausgang verlassen und es liegt wirklich sehr ruhig. Meines Erachtens müsste aber die Verwaltung sehr viel besser arbeiten.
− Der Garten war leider in einem ungepflegten Zustand. Sehr viel Unkraut im gepflasterten Garten; Die Liegen waren sehr alt. Das Badezimmer war nicht ordentlich geputzt und der Abfluss in der Dusche hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Insgesamt war das Haus leider nicht in einem gepflegten Zustand. Außerdem müffelt es etwas. Man müsste meines Erachtens vor Einzug der nächsten Gäste einmal ordentlich lüften. Auf Nachfrage bei der Verwaltung, wo wir den Schlüssel abholen können, wurde nur kurz und knapp auf die versandte E-Mail verwiesen. Eine kurze freundliche Antwort, dass man diesen am Eingang abholen kann, ist aus meiner Sicht nicht zuviel verlangt.

8.0Das Haus ist groß und sauber. Das Boxspringbett ist gut, das 2. Bett ist nur für Kinder geeignet. Die Küche hat alle elektrischen Geräte, die es gibt. Toll! Die Lage ist gut, zu Fuß 10-15 Minuten ins Dorf.
− Das flache Bett, ein Fenster im Bad ist bei Gewitter undicht.
