Die Wohnung ist super modern und hat alles was man braucht. Bei Problemen mit dem WLAN wurde sofort geholfen. So konnte man bei Regen auch Netflix schauen. Auch der Aufzug direkt von unten im Treppenhaus ohne Stufen ist super gewesen. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

We had a lovely stay in Balcic. The apartment is very spacious and clean, very good location: close to the sea and the city. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. The communication with the host was also easy. I definitely recommend this place!

- very well positioned, close to the beaches, restaurants and bars. - "penthouse like" feeling, placed on the last floor, with big terrace, elevator directly into the apartment. - fantastic views, well furnished, new, modern and airy. - a lot of leftovers from those who were accommodated before. the kitchen full of spices, sauces, a 10l can of water, everything started and kept there. Shampoos and hair masks, shower gel, ear sticks, beach lotions, whatever you want. Some can be helpful, but others can also be a hygiene or health problem, some of them being already expired.

− * we were "welcomed" by the security siren, as the security system was forgotten on armed position. A traumatising experience for a 5 year old and another of 8 months. The sensation given by 120db in a 4sqm hallway is bad enough for an adult, as for the kids is equally dangerous. It was disarmed in minutes after I called. ** huge piles of dust under and next to the bedside tables, leftover foods and crumbs inside the sofa, the window sills and frames have not been wiped for at least a year, the terrace and balcony are dirtier than the sidewalks in front of the block, the vacuum cleaner is clogged with dust the container being twice as full as the "max" sign, as well as the brush of the vacuum cleaner, and because of this the whole apartment was badly vacuumed, with crumbs, dead insects and hair strands all over the place. *** the spring mattresses are of very poor quality, not clear if because they are old or the cheapest on the market. Anyway, toppers were bought in one bedroom, but a 5cm topper cannot cancel a bad mattress through which you feel all the springs (and I am not a heavy guy). One bedroom has two single beds close together, and because of the bad mattresses you will constantly end in the gap between. Poor quality sleep. **** lastly, the AC instalation is noisy at night and disturbing. Indoor units are whizzing even on "sleep mode" and vibrates like a cellphone every 15 minutes, outdoor units are knocking every time the pumps are starting or stopping. To bad because the building is very quiet at night. For those who sleep sensitively, this can be a problem in addition to the poor quality of the mattresses.

Amazing view, perfect terasse where you can have a coffee in the morning or a nice dinner.Big apartment, well equiped kitchen with a bid dinning table, comfortable beds, quick access to the apartment, very close to the promenade where you can find a lot of nice restaurants,a lot of shops nearby and also a parking availave very close to the apartment.

− We wanted an extra night and even though we asked if possible right after we got to the apartment, the reply was given very late in the evening and it was alreay booked.
