The apartment is extremely good located as El Cotillo was our favorite village. The beaches close by are also very nice. The apartment has all the amenities you need and was very clean. Most of stuff was quite new when we were there. You can watch the ocean from the balcony. Has dishwasher and washing machine. Keys were collected from a key box so we never met anyone in person (this was fine for us).

− The balcony is more on the west side and a little covered. In winter, you get no sun on the balcony until very late afternoon. So having breakfast in the sun or sun chilling at the balcony won't be an option. In Jan it is chilled weather so without sun, sitting outside is cold and not so comfortable. Though you can always go to the inner yard and chill on common sun loungers but not on the balcony.

Sehr aufmerksamer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, -bei Fragen über Whatsapp schnelle und hilfreiche Antworten. Ausstattung sehr gut, sehr aufgeräumt und sauber.

− Das Apartment selbst war wirklich gut, jedoch ist das gesamte Gebäude schalltechnisch problematisch gebaut. Damit meine ich: - Eingangstüren der Apartments im Gang , die auch bei vorsichtigen Zumachen Lärm machen. - Automatisches Zuknallen der Haupteingangstüren selbst über zig Meter verwinkelten Korridor sehr laut, was vor allem in den späten Abendstunden und frühen Morgenstunden störend ist. Bei einem großen neuen Apartmentbau an einem Urlaubsort sind ungedämpfte Türen und der Lärm dadurch leider ein Ärgernis und somit Minuspunkt.

We loved the layout and quality fixture and fittings. Well equipped for a longer stay. Great location with easy walk into the town or to a great number of beaches. Plenty of parking and easy access to the property. The host was very helpful and the little video of how to find the room was really helpful. Host is great at communicating so got quick answers to any questions. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Plenty of good restaurants close by as well as in the town.

Calma y tranquilidad frente al mar en un cómodo apartamento nuevo y bien equipado

Apartamento amplio, decorado acorde al entorno. El mobiliario es "artesanal" pero funcional y estéticamente correcto. La situación es top, pues está en el mejor sitio de El Cotillo, en primera línea de mar, a escasos metros de las mejores playas de la zona, con oferta muy completa de restauración, supermercados, etc a un minuto a pie pero a la vez súper tranquilo. El edificio tiene piscina con horario muy amplio. Tanto de dia como de noche se respira absoluta calma y tranquilidad. El anfitrión muy amable, nos explicó todo el proceso de acceso vía WhatsApp con un video muy detallado. Además, al dia siguiente nos dió sugerencias de sitios para comer y se preocupó de que todo estuviera bien. La limpieza del apartamento y su dotación de electrodomésticos, menaje y toallas. Incluso había sombrillas para la playa. En la cocina había algunas cosas básicas para beber (cerveza, café, refresco, sal, vinagre...)

− El microondas no estaba bien limpio, pero le pasamos un palo y caso resuelto.

Todo estaba correcto, ubicación, vista al mar, fácil aparcamiento, con todos lo necesario para una estancia sin cargar muchos utensilios. El propietario muy amable, no faltaba detalle en el baño y la cocina, utensilios, condimentos esenciales para cocinar, estaba todo pensado, saben las necesidades que tiene un viajero, cuando llega al lugar. Por supuesto que repetiría si me coinciden fechas de vacaciones y está disponible 😊
