Eigentlich sehr schönes Hotel mit bitterem Beigeschmack.
8.0Sehr schönes Anwesen in einer mittelalterlichen Burg und in einem kleinen schnuckeligen Dorf gelegen. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr geräumig. Toller Blick auf das Burgtor. Das Frühstück war lecker. Auf die Rückfrage bzgl eines Zimmerwechsels wurde direkt eingegangen und dies ohne zusätzliche Kosten angeboten. Dies war zusätzlich ein Upgrade. Diesbezüglich ein sehr guter Service.
− Das Personal war leider etwas schnippig und vergriff sich etwas in der Wortwahl. Beim Frühstück war der Kellner wortlos und mürrisch unterwegs. Dies hinterließ trotz gutem Essen einen faden Beigeschmack. Das zu Beginn uns zugewiesene Zimmer war eine wirklich Zumutung. Es lag im Hinterhof, neben dem Personaleingang der Küche. Die Zimmertür/Glastür war die einzige natürliche Lichquelle im Zimmer. Ebenfalls hörte man Küchengeräuche und den Küchenabzug. Man fühlte sich wie in einer Innenkabine auf einem Kreuzfahrtschiff und als Gast 2.Klasse. So ein Zimmer dürfte man in solch einem Hotel mit einem solchen Anspruch gar nicht erst anbieten!

9.0Room was lovely, clean and comfy. Excellent service and helpful staff. Great breakfast and not rushed. I would highly reccommennd it.
