Cozy home in the heart of Trondheim
9.0Very well equipt flat, super comfortable and cozy. Friendly and helpful communication with the property manager. The location was relatively central with great facilities nearby.

6.0Once established in the apartment the apartment is reasonably well located for transport and shops
− The key collection arrangements involved a fairly long walk to the apartment with bags in rain. There was no internet connection that not only stopped the use of our own devices except by using a phone as a hot spot but also meant that streaming services on the television could not be accessed. There were no instructions on how to use the dishwasher or the washer-dryer. We were able to get the washer-dryer to work by trial and error but were unable to get water to flow to the dishwasher. The dishwasher had an offensive odour. A number of light bulbs were inoperative.
