Comfortable, very clean stay and brilliant bed.
7.0Very comfortable and roomy. Large bedroom and bathroom. Nice to have a few toiletries available on our arrival. Felt like safe area, especially important as we had to park on road. Plenty of storage cupboards. Bed excellent, we enjoyed a very good sleep. Linen crisp and clean.
− Not too keen on garden, bit overgrown. Certainly wouldn't sit out there even if we could have found any garden furniture. Fridge was switched off on our arrival, took a while to find socket which was oddly in the cupboard, however, we switched it on and it worked but took a while to get to temperature. Instructions regarding this could be left with instructions regarding heating and cooking. Hot tap in main bathroom very stiff and wobbly, needs attention. A few cushions in lounge would have been handy as I found the settee rather deep and low but I am quite short!! I wouldn't say it's a place where you can cater meal wise / entertain very easily, not enough saucepans/equipment but for our needs it was sufficient as our son lives near and we were going to them to eat.
An annex with a big heart
10.0The accommodation was in a good location and within walking distance of the town centre and beach. There was ample 'on street' parking and it was easy to find. The accommodation was very comfortable and spacious - excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities too.
− It would have been useful to have a small brush and dust pan, as garden debris accumulated from shoes. It would also be valuable to have a movement sensitive outside light near the front door - as very dark and difficult to locate door lock!!

− Possibly provide a chopping board in the kitchen and address the very stiff hot tap in the bathroom washhand basin - otherwise, great!

9.0A bit out of the way but excellent for a short stay. Roomy with good facilities. And a conservatory with garden view. Also quiet.
