We had an amazing week, the location was excellent and the house was very clean and comfortable.
10.0Excellent location, very clean and tidy. Easy to have our small dog with the secure fencing at the front of the property.
− The upstairs and downstairs were only linked by an outside staircase. However this was a minor inconvenience which did not impact our enjoyment at all.

− Both apartments need a detailed clean. Downstairs oven had not been cleaned some utensils still dirty. Downstairs floors need cleaning especially under rug & table.

Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
