Elevator doesn’t work and doesn’t seem like it will be repaired even if there’s a sign saying it might get repaired. Booked for 4 people to stay but only 1 towel. Other units seem like long term rentals for young workers. Seems like an old office building converted into apartments. Best to just stay at a hotel for the price

There were NO towels that were clean in the apartment. The closet was full of dirty sheets and towels. We requested that clean towels be brought and were promised that someone would bring them and no one showed up. We dried ourselves with pillowcases!!! There was no internet or TV access. I don’t even know if the bed sheets were changed before we came. Countertop was also not completely clean. Very lacking and would not stay here again!

The building itself was more like a prison, leaking ceiling onto the stairs, lift out of order. Then the room smelled like cigarettes as soon as you walked in. There was a bag over the smoke detector, clearly previous occupants had been smoking. The Wi-Fi wasn’t available as advertised, the toilet flusher was broken and there was a laundry cupboard full of dirty sheets. I think a refund is very much due.

Never stayed since it was cancelled without my knowledge. No emails or any notifications at all!! Management never notified us. We had 9 big luggages and 4 small carryons with a toddler. Had to find another hotel to stay at the last minute after going from hotels to hotels and one uber to the other.
