10.0The Location. Close enough to beach, bus stops, shops but also very quiet & peaceful too. Well decorated & comfy interior. No unnecessary interferance or constant appearance of host(I like solitude!). Host communicated well and promptly. Onsite caretaker was helpful & likewise not intrusive of my space.
