3.0The shower was good, the caravan itself was quite pleasing to the eye, but once inspected it was unclean and displeasing and outdated.
− It was unclean and uncared for upon arrival, we weren't provided with sheets already and the blanket had stains on it from previous stayers at the caravan. Children didn't sleep in beds as were uncomfortable. Lights kept flickering, sofa bed was stuck inside sofa and dirty. TV remote missing buttons. Not like images provided of caravan.

− They had no pans all the plates cutlery was dirty, had 2 glasses and 2 plates. No bedding. The people who own the caravan are so rude. We booked this caravan all weekend Friday-Sunday we had to leave Saturday as the caravan was so bad.
Has potential needs to be insulated better and instructions if there is any about the hot water

− No hot water, the heating was not good had to use electric fan heaters on and when we first arrived there was a slight smell and has no complimentary waters,teabags or coffee
