5.0The room was spacious, with a grocery store conveniently located nearby.
− The listing stated there were two bathrooms; however, there was only one full bathroom and one half bathroom, which was not suitable for two families staying together. The listing also mentioned a kitchen, so we expected a dishwasher, but one was not provided. Additionally, there was no laundry room. The bedsheets were dirty and appeared not to have been washed. We contacted them by message but received only automated responses and no personal reply.

10.0The house was close to everything. There was a driveway so we didnt have to park on the street. The house was really simple but was comfortable for a one night stay.
We didn't let the lack of amenities spoil our stay. Made the most of it and had a great trip.
8.0Location was close to Niagara Falls Park. Price was reasonable. Beds were comfortable. Entry to property was easy using the access code.
− Basic amenities usually provided weren't available at this property. No bedside lamps, mirrors or trash cans in any bedroom making it inconvenient for a group of three ladies. The electrical outlet in the half bath where there was a mirror wasn't working. The mirror in main bathroom wasn't attached to the wall, therefore too low for general usage. Bedrooms were sparsely furnished, especially one where no drawers or hanging structure for clothes or even a bench for luggage. No kitchen towels so used bath towel for drying dishes as no dishwasher. Moldy caulking around sink and main shower unsightly. Floors dirty throughout.
It was pleasant, no foul smells except that the property did not have 2 full baths.

− Description mentioned 2 baths. While there was a shower in only one bathroom and the other is a half bath. Very disappointing. The staff was bit rude when asked about the bathroom. I did not want to enter into an argument. The area was terrible. They told it had 2 houses and this was informed before. But no information about this was mentioned in the property description. The attic bedroom did not have heat. They had an AC though.
