Perfect for a stopover!
8.0The hosts were very professional and courteous. They were on hand with directions and suggestions for our overnight stay in Cosenza. The apartment was very clean. They also provided with some breakfast which was welcoming as we were a bit out of the main town
− The apartment had only one separate bedroom with ensuite and another main entry room which was converted to a walkthrough bedroom, this may not be ok with some travellers. Even saying so, this was recently renovated and very comfortable, thank you.

9.0Sehr sauber, modern und zweckdienlich.
− Angabe zu Balkon war in meiner Buchung nicht korrekt. Ist leider falsch hinterlegt. Was für mich kein Problem war. Die Vermietung hat mir spontan und unkompliziert ein alternatives Zimmer angeboten, was ich aber ablehnte. Alles gut!

Da migliorare
8.0All'interno l'alloggio è nuovo, molto carino come arredamento, estremamente pulito e silenzioso. La posizione, nella città vecchia, è buona e c'è possibilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze, sulla strada. A piedi si raggiunge facilmente il castello e gli altri punti d'interesse di Cosenza alta.
− Sarebbero necessari alcuni piccoli accorgimenti per migliorare l'accoglienza. Nell'alloggio con due stanze manca una sedia (utile per poggiare i vestiti) nella seconda camera, in bagno serve qualche appendino per le tovaglie, sarebbero molto utili -soprattutto per l'estate- le zanzariere alle finestre. Purtroppo la pulizia delle scale di accesso all'alloggio lascia molto a desiderare, perché il portone d'ingresso allo stabile sta sempre aperto e il vento trascina dentro la sporcizia esterna. Lo stabile richiederebbe una sistemazione esterna, il primo impatto all'arrivo in struttura non è il massimo.
