The perfect place for a special celebration with an amazing host I couldn’t have asked for a better graduation weekend
10.0Kam was an amazing host from start to finish. She was so kind, understanding and always quick to respond whenever we had a question. The property was clean, spacious and exactly as described. Her hospitality was 10/10 and she really helped make my graduation weekend so special. I honestly had the best graduation gathering here and couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate with my friends and family.

10.0Very stylish and clean property. Very well equipped for a short break, with everything you could need including all cleaning products, and the location was great for a University visit. The breakfast items left for us were a lovely touch. The information provided before the stay was excellent and very thorough and staff were ready to help with any query.
− Only thing to note if you are travelling by car during the working week is it is resident parking in all nearby streets with just a three hour stay until you need to move. You can find non resident parking nearby but it’s worth planning ahead.
The house was perfect, the host was exceptional. We were all really impressed with the house and had a fantastic stay!

9.0House ws really nice inside; clean, comfortable and have everything needed. Tesco Express 3 minutes walk away. Parking directly outside at weekends. Most rooms had fans - it was a heatwave when we visited. Good iron and ironing board/ The Breakfast hamper was a nice bonus.
− Bit of a run down area / street. Felt safe though. Terrace house in the middle of street of identical houses. Could not get the massive TV working in BBC iplayer and ITVX (nearly missed the football on the TV and had to cast from my phone!) Needed to watch the YouTube video to work out the door entry system.

10.0Extremely clean and the facilities there covered everything. Really nice addition with the welcome hamper too! Great location , a couple local shops near which is good to grab quick stuff and only a 5min car ride into the city centre/start of the city. Staff/Owner was extremely friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. 5 lads stayed here and we’ve all agreed we will book this place again when go back up to Manchester.
