A comfortable and pleasant Stay!
8.0We had a good stay overall. The apartment was spacious enough for a family of four to five people, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. However, it would be helpful to have a few more utensils and cutlery available. There are TVs in all rooms, which is a nice touch, although the TV in the living room had an issue with the sound. The portable air conditioner was greatly appreciated and made a big difference during the extremely hot weather. As mentioned by previous guests, water tends to come out of the shower area and spread across the bathroom floor after each shower, so it needs to be wiped up regularly after each shower. Convenient Location! Communication with Dan and Denise also works really well.
− Another thing to keep in mind is that parking is not included in the booking price and must be paid for separately, even though the parking spaces are reserved for Family M Apartments. Personally, I think it would be better if this cost were included in the accommodation price.
Good stay apart from the smell
6.0− There was smoke smell throughout the living area space and entrance which we didn't expect, not sure where it was from. Bathroom facilities were amazing, however while showering water kept going out through the closed door. The host could have informed us about free parking up the door.

9.0− Unfortunately, we experienced a problem with the hot water, but it was resolved as promptly as possible. Communication with Denise and Dan was good, and they did everything they could to assist us.
