Bon emplacement mais appartement très petit
7.0L'emplacement est très bien. Proche de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants. L'hôte, Teresa, est très gentille et très réactive.
− L'appartement est vraiment très très exigu, heureusement qu'il a fait beau pendant notre séjour car le seul endroit où il est possible de prendre le petit déjeuner et les repas est la petite terrasse au bord de la route avec pas mal de passage 😱. Un peu cher le mètre carré. Il vous est demandé une caution ( je n'avais pas lu toutes les conditions....) de 150 euros à votre arrivée qui vous est restituée 6 jours après.
Kleine Wohnung, gute Lage, schlechte Luft
5.0Die Lage war großartig. Man ist schnell am Strand. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Gute Küchenausstattung.
− Es roch nach Schimmel, den ich an der Wand im Schlafzimmer unterm Schreibtisch auch gesehen habe. Man musste also die ganze Zeit das Fenster/die Tür offen lassen. Ich fragte nach einer Ersatzwohnung oder ob ich die Wohnung canceln darf, aber die Gastgeberin kam mir gar nicht entgegen, sondern sagte nur, dass sich noch nie jemand beschwert hätte. Das Bad war nicht ganz zur Küche geschlossen, sodass man zu zweit nicht wirklich Privatsphäre hat. Ich habe mir dann auf eigene Kosten Mitte meines Aufenthalts eine andere Wohnung genommen.

6.0- Localisation: non loin de le mer et supermarché tout près - propreté de l'appartement et du linge fourni
− - difficulté à trouver car pas d'adresse exacte communiquée ( numéro 15) - pas de balcon comme indiqué - minuscule terrasse en bord de route, sans aucune vue sur la mer - logement très petit, surtout quand la météo ne permet pas de manger dehors en cette saison - pas de four - pas de table pour manger, juste une petite tablette avec 2 sièges hauts: pas très commode - l'appartement situé juste à l'étage au-dessus partage la même entrée très exiguë (manque d'intimité)
Overall, we loved our stay but felt the studio was a bit too small.
8.0The location was the best! Just a quick stroll down to the beach and shops. Perfect!
− The studio was very compact so it was hard for two people to move around. There is a patio but it is right on the street so people walk directly past you.

9.0The location was great thanks to the beach, lots of restaurants and bars, the supermarket is also just a few minutes walk away. The host's approach was also great :) We received various recommendations and our requests were met. The accommodation is a bit smaller but cozier, and you come here for the beauties of Madeira, not to stay at home :)
