− We had to chase up the keys to get in the property and booking.com even emailed and phoned and they didn't get a response either. When we tried phoning phone went constantly to answerphone. Bugs in the bedroom and bed came out worse at night, when it was reported with pictures the response was they are woodlice and wont bite!! Not sure how the property has deteriated so much in a few days since the last review!! We stayed in the basement apartment.
