My now-husband and his family had a wonderful stay at this unit.
7.0Booked the unit for two weeks for my fiance and his family in preparation of our wedding. Chose this place as it's just 300 m from my residence. The host/owner is very friendly, was quick in response. Systematic in managing the rental: - Place us in a WhatsApp group (for unit owner, renter and homestay staff) - Keys, access cards in a dedicated key bag - Beautifully decorated living room and kitchen - Four aircon units for each bedroom and living room (Wow!) - Washing machine and proper drying rack provided - Decent induction cooker and small cooler/fridge - Simple water filter linked to the tap provided - Comfortable towels provided plus toiletries Extra service rendered: - Got keys delivered to me at my residence by the staff. - Easy transactions by host when I requested for two-day extensions before and after the dates of booking from Booking.com - Quick refund of the RM200 security deposit after end of renting
− Was caught off guard by RM200 Security Deposit which was not stated upfront in Booking.com info. (This would be an issue of budget-constrained renters.) Suggestions to make future renting experience better : - To provide a simple electric kettle and iron
