9.0New building with amazing views. Ron was impeccable and tireless in ensuring our comfort. Even without electronic operating means, due to the different technologies between Europe and the USA, it ensured that we were able to locate and access the apartment without difficulty.
− Noise outside. Downtown has always lot of noise with traffic, police and fire-fitting agents with sirens on. that's not apartment fault, but we tend to have the windows always closed when we are inside

10.0A very nice, luxury apartment in 36 level with a great view. Convenient parking lot, a nice common area - gym, pool, coworking spaces, open till night (11pm).
− At the pool it is a bit noisy due to many constractions in the neighbourghood, water in the pool quite cold (refreshing).
