8.0El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, la cocina tiene de todo, tiene supermercados cerca y el metro está a unos pocos metros. La dueña estaba atenta a todo, teníamos un poco de frío el primer día y nos subió la calefacción sin problema.
− La ubicación con el centro aunque el metro está al lado, se tarda 40 min en llegar, la limpieza se centra en lo mínimo, el suelo no estaba limpio del todo y el polvo por toda la casa, aunque las sábanas y toallas estaban limpias.

Bien placé et rénové, il manque un petit effort/agencement pour être vraiment agréable.
7.0Logement proche des transports sur ligne menant facilement au centre, commerces à proximité. On voit que l'appartement à été rénové récemment. Beaucoup de signalisation/consignes dans l'appartement. Gestionnaire réactif (a envoyé un technicien réparé la rambarde trouvée cassée à notre arrivée en 1h).
− Le ménage est très limite (on a du nettoyer à notre arrivée : miette sur le canapé/sièges, aspirateur plein à craquer, ventilateur plein de poussière). Impossible de manger à plus de 5 sur la table en verre (vraiment pas pratique pour une famille) et pas de table dans la cuisine. Poêles et casseroles en quantité limité et fatiguées. Quartier assez bruyant.
