1.0Did not like anything as the host is not truthful and sadly uses a site as Booking.com to carry out shady dealings
− The host for this property is not to be trusted. Firstly I booked this hotel months before and first response I received from the host on booking.com communication platform was "Please answer because this could be scam." This is after the booking made was paid for at the time of booking because it was non refundable. Hindside, that should have been a red flag for me. I did not hear back until about 3 weeks prior I informed the host that my fight to Phnom Penh had changed and I would be arriving earlier than the allocated stated booking time. Nil response and after about a week later I sent the same message via booking.com. Again nil response. On the day of arrival I attended the property and no host at the location. The host then contacted and informed that we were waiting at the lobby for there arrival. The response was that the property was given to another person and she had another place for me. I did not agree with this as the host was sent several messages via booking.com and nil response stating when I would arrive date and time and booking made months before. I wanted this location and not the new property 4km from where they wanted me to go for the alternate. I contacted booking.com and informed of the same. Booking.com sent the host a message and the response "I am here waiting and if I did not attend I would lose my money as this was a non refundable booking." Note that the host was not telling the truth to Booking.com saying that she was at the property but in fact I was sitting in the foyer of the property I booked and she was at another property away from the property I booked and paid for. Bad experience for my family

− Yo había alquilado por booking en Riverside y la empresa me cambió el alojamiento, me generó mal humor y quedar a 3.5 km de Riverside .. pero a veces hay que entender que esas cosas pueden pasar ... las toallas del estudio, deberían ser cambiadas por otras de mejor calidad ...
