Very large, beautiful, comfortable apartment with two separate large bedrooms, two large bathrooms, one with a bathtub, one with a shower. On the second floor, with a balcony, the beach view. A very quiet, peaceful area, great soundproofing. Very clean village, beautiful coastal parks, yacht club near, to the Dino supermarket with restaurants, bars about 20 minutes walk uphill, restaurants and cafes in the yacht club. Santa Cruz can be reached by bus with a transfer. Of course, it's better to rent a car, but the roads are mountainous, winding, you need driving skill, we didn't take any chances. Taxis are insanely expensive, to the airport €90. To Puerto Cruz, €85. This must be kept in mind. And of course, there's a constant wind. You have to be prepared for that. Even if you sunbathe in the morning and the wind is warm, it is cold in the afternoon.

− Well, first of all, the bathroom has a constant problem with water pressure, it's very weak, and the water temperature is constantly changing - you switch to hot, after a couple of minutes you have to switch to cold. Taking a shower was problematic all the days of accommodation at any time. But the water is very soft, almost soapy. Second, we had a problem, and on the second day, my daughter sprained her ankle and had very difficulty walking. She didn't even go on the planned field trip on Teide. Her leg hurt, and as a result, she changed her return ticket, and we had to leave the apartment two days early. We wrote about this problem to the management company asking for at least partial compensation, but we were not met halfway, and simply wrote that the company's policy does not provide for this. I understand, of course, that they are technically right if the contract did not provide for a refund, but our vacation was overshadowed by this situation, and we were not even offered any compensation options, just not responded. On vacation, or indeed in life, anything can happen, so just be aware.

Spacious and comfy place ideal for a week or longer. The place has parking which is not listed in the description.

It was large and well equipped. Everything we needed. Lovely views from the balcony which was big enough for comfort chairs and a table and chairs. (Didn’t rain that much). Best welcome pack we had ever received. Good bus service. Parking out side on the street. Ideal for swimming and diving. Very steep long walk up to the commercial centre for the supermarket. Little shop on the level was very small.

− All good really. Kitchen sink stopper needed a new rubber seal.

La ubicación, la comodidad de las camas y la amplitud del apartamento

− Lo primero, el agua de las duchas no tenía presión, apenas pudimos ducharnos. Quisimos usar la lavadora de ropa y por la baja presión del agua también, casi no funcionaba tampoco. La limpieza del apartamento en general fue justita, y en especial la de los utensilios de cocina; tuvimos que lavarlo todo antes de utilizarlo. También encontré a faltar una cafetera más del estilo de aquí (no exijo una Nesspresso o una Dolce Gusto; pero al menos una italiana de las de siempre, que tampoco vale tanto. Es que las cafeteras de filtro hacen un café horrible...).
