7.0the house was a clean and warm and spacious bedrooms. When we had an issue with the boiler Lisa assisted us quickly and we were able to resolve it together. So really good customer service.
− 2 beds creaked really badly. Both people using the beds are slim but despite that on every turn the beds creaked loudly. I think the need to be looked at. It also smelled a bit of stale smoke downstairs. Could be the carpet or sofas.

Reasonable place for 4/5 people in Shotts
5.0Great location between Edinburgh and Glasgow. Quiet area. Spacious. Great place to park. People who run it were helpful with instructions. TV initially didn't work but they swapped it for another one.
− Door locks are really tricky to work. No mirror in the bathroom. Rubbish from previous guests or whoever, piled up in the rubbish containers outside the back entrance from day 1 and was never removed. not a nice sight! Overpriced in our opinion.
