9.0Té molt d’espai exterior. La zona és molt maca i hi ha molta pau. La casa és molt fresca, ideal per les altes temperarures.
− El sista de neteja de la piscina estaria bé que estigués més estona engegat, donat la gran quantitat d’insectes que s’acumulen. També no està de més que hi hagi un pal per netejar l’aigua manualment.
