− Property was filthy when we arrived - change over had not been done. Beds still made from previous customer, dirty towels etc.management agent eventually got cleaners and we could use the house after 9 pm. Property was very run down - a small, uncomfortable sofa, dirty soft furnishings (rugs/cushions, some blood stained). Just a few knives/forks. Kettle didn’t work. Windows were rickety and some were difficult to open/close. Garden was unkempt with nettles and rubbish. Cupboards contained a variety of rubbish items. Driveway not fit for use - very steep with uneven/broken concrete that would have taken off bottom of car if used. No dishwasher as listed.
