Comfort and convenience in one package
9.0Good size room, which is subdivided into sleeping area, and kitchenette with dining area. The unit has a full size fridge freezer, microwave, gateleg dining table with chairs, closet, TV with streaming service, and wi-fi. It's neat and well kept too. The common areas of the building complex are clean; there are security guards at the entrance of each building; and movement of vehicular traffic into and out of the property is well managed. The building complex is situated roughly midway between SM Lanang ang Ayala Abreeza Mall, so you can go to either mall for meals and shopping. If you need to have a very early or very late meal, there are also fast food outlets within walking distance.
− I brought back pastries for afternoon tea and I was very surprised at how quickly ants found it on the kitchen bench and on the work desk where I was doing work! So I had to keep all food in the fridge, even bread.

− The toilet is moving need again to put the silicone, in the house some scratches and the door to outside it's hard to open need a fix, the electric stove need to be changed I was scared to use it when I saw that thing on the cable. But in the most part was okay.
