4.0It was clean and towels were nice and thick
− Double bed is worn, no spring in mattress, very hard and uncomfortable. Them room where the washing machine is in is very cold as the is a strong draft coming through the cavity. Lacking essentials such as toaster, can opener, hand wash, tea towels, dishwashing tabs, extra bin liners and a broom or Hoover as it became very dusty over 7 days we were there. I would say charge if need but it will make a stay a little more comfortable.

9.0Self check-in process was very useful, we could arrive in the night and we could check in very easily. There were missing some items in the apartment, but the host brought it immediately when we asked for it. The heating was very efficient and very quick, but in a side room was quite cold even if the rest of the apartment was warm. The house and neighborhood was very calm, very good location, closed to the underground, bus stop exactly in front of the house.
