− Ужасный контакт с владельцем. Никакой информации о заселении. Мы указали промежуток времени когда прибудем, хозяин нам его подтвердил и больше ничего. Мы приехали в обозначенное время и уткнулись в шлагбаум. На звонки, сообщения , звонки в мессенджерах по указанному тут номеру никто не отвечал и это все при жаре на улице в 40 градусов. Хозяин вышел на связь только через час после первых попыток связаться. Нас было 4 человека , но жилье было подготовлено только для двоих.. еще час пришлось ждать пока принесут полотенца и постельное .. кухня укомплектована крайне слабо.

9.0Very nice property and amazing view from balcony on the beach and sand dunes. 15 minutes walking to the beach. No noises at night. Two new A/C units (which are absolutely necessary during July/August), so there is not anymore problem with inside temperature (like in reviews from last year)
− These are not disadvantages of the property, but the area itself: small grocery store that is not very well stocked. Tap water not recommended for direct drinking (for cooking OK).

9.0Appartamento molto bello e pulito, mobili nuovi, molto ben tenuto. Vista bellissima e posizione ottima! Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, ha pure fatto mettere l'aria condizionata siccome avevamo caldo! Siamo stati molto bene:) assolutamente consigliato!

− Swifts nest outside windows and there are plenty of bird droppings on floors outside (not been cleaned). The apartment is tiny but functional. Check-in/out down completely remotely via message
