10.0Lovely place to stay, clean and tidy, staff friendly and helpful. - easy to get a train to Halifax or wherever.
Enjoyable stay and would stay again
7.0We are both coeliac and although the cooked breakfast is no frills as such it was very good. They provided gluten free bread, hash brown and sausage with the egg, bacon, tomato, mushroom and baked beans. The staff were all very polite, attentive and friendly.
− Stayed 2 or 3 years ago in Room 1 and that was lovely. This time we were in Room 2 and it felt a bit tired and the position of the WC was difficult. It's an old building and that brings its constraints; you can't expect the same as a new one of course and it fits well into the location. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
