9.0Apparemment spacieux, moderne et propre. Réactivité du propriétaire et très bons échanges.
− Manque de vaisselle. Par exemple il n'y a pas de plat pour mettre au four alors qu'il y a un four. Le nb de couvert était un peu juste pour 7. Mais sinon la cuisine est très bien équipée et l'essentiel y est.
