− Urine Smell coming from the mattress . Upon removing the linen we found an unwashed Mattress cover impregnated with a large dry urine stain which went right thru to the mattress. Refusal from the manager to change the mattress or to move us to a different condo . We received a new mattress cover and told that the mattress was stain not dirty . Cooking ustensiles inadequate. No ice tray, measuring cups , oven dishes. Advertised as having a balcony. However the balcony is an 18 inch ledge which cannot accommodate any chairs… patio windows and glass railing dirty obstructing ocean view .. no pillow cover , worn out beddings .. m
As a first time traveller to Mexico I was amazed by the weather, the beautiful and very walkable beach.
7.0Aria Ocean Beach is a lovely property right on the most beautiful beach I’ve ever been on and has beautiful pools.
− The condo I stayed in didn’t have a balcony, the kitchen was sparsely equipped, living room furniture uncomfortable.

9.0Great new, modern, clean apartment. Lovely furnished and finished. Nice shower.
− There is an interconnecting door, separating the A and B apartment. The door doesn't really stop any sound, so if the other apartment is occupied, you will hear any noise coming from there.
