10.0This is a fantastic villa, the location was perfect, the outdoor space is something special with plenty of set out areas for everyone to enjoy, the views of the golf course are like nothing I've ever seen and I've been visiting Villa Martin for 20 years the villa has plenty of room inside and air con in every room,. This place is a must if you are looking for the perfect family holiday or a group golf holiday, will deffinately be staying again
− The only complaints I have are, it could do with a larger mirror in the upstairs bedroom and a few more towels other than that no complaints
We had a good stay overall as the location of the property and garden areas were fantastic.
8.0The location was great. The outdoor area, pool & gardens were fabulous with beautiful views over the golf course. Good range of kitchen equipment provided and the main areas of the property were clean.
− The property is in need of an update generally in terms of furniture and furnishings. Some of the bed mattresses were not comfortable and no pillow protectors on the pillows with only one pillow per person provided and no spares. The TV was very hard to figure out how to work so instructions are needed in the property guide. There were no bath mats in any bathrooms and the towels were poor quality. No pool towels provided. The cleaning fees were very costly for just a three day stay considering we were asked to remove all our own bedding and towels before leaving.

10.0Location was perfect, close to amenities and right on the golf course. Facilities and meet and greet were exceptional. Seperately, our hire car would not start as we left for the airport and the staff (Mark o believe) went above and beyond and in arranging a minibus to the airport to be on standby while his friend brought a battery booster which started the car - emergency averted 👏
− Lawnmowers cutting the golf course early in the morning , woke some but not others. A minor inconvenience.

7.0Location and outside space excellent. Communications and interaction with host (Matts) were accurate, prompt and informative.
− Inside in need of some modernisation, Mattresses, bedding and towels in need of investment.
