Scammer eat up my deposit.
1.0− They refused to return my deposit which is 200 pound and gave me reason saying I was making noise in the unit where I literally wasn’t even at the unit during the time frame they said the noise has been made . Scammers.
Extremely disappointing and not worth it.
3.0There wasn’t much to like about the property of I’m being honest. Perhaps it had enough space for 2 people and the bed was comfy that was it.
− The property had a terrible smell. The tiles were cracked and there were small dead flies in random places. The walls were cracked and you could tell that the property really wasn’t being used. Having to wait 12 days for my deposit to come back was frustrating especially when the property was left in perfect condition because we barely stayed in there. There wasn’t even courtesy toilet roll which every Airbnb I have been at has.
I will never book this place . Not a good place for holiday in London.
3.0The kitchen was clean and equipped, The heating pad and hot water was okay
− The location was very noisy especially at night, all sorts of shops, cabs , and a bus stand and station is just separate by a road. The structure doesn’t look good- there are cracks all over the ceiling. There were cobwebs all around the property. The bed was not comfortable it sunk in, the bed spread was stained, requested change but they only requested evidence through email which we did but no response. So for 17 days no bedding changed. Mostly had to sleep in the living room . The floor in the living room was vibrating and neighbours walking next also produced the same effect of vibration and causing pain in the body of my wife who just had surgery and we came to rest but the bed and the floor did help. Next door is a religious house where almost every minute someone is entering and coming out- a bit scary; strange sounds, incense coming from there.
