1.0− Ich habe die Unterkunft bereits mehrfach kontaktiert, weil ich eine Rechnung für meinen Aufenthalt benötige. Leider wurde mir diese bisher verweigert – obwohl es eine gesetzliche Pflicht ist, eine Rechnung auszustellen. Es ist völlig unverständlich, dass dafür sogar zusätzliche Gebühren verlangt werden sollen. So ein Verhalten ist nicht akzeptabel.
De belles photos mais la réalité est moins reluisante.

− La qualité des équipements laisse à désirer: Matelas mou de mauvaise qualité, Lampe de chevet cassée, fer à repasser encrassé, table de repassage bancale, pomme de douche branlante, ustensiles de cuisine usés (poêle, casseroles) et encrassés. L’équipement général de l’appartement est à revoir et son entretien n’est pas fait soigneusement ( bouilloire entartrée et Nespresso non vidée après le passage précédent visiteur… L’appartement est bruyant car près du e avenue très passante. Par ailleurs, l’isolement avec les voisins au dessus est très moyen.

Serdecznie polecamy ten apartament, byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni
9.0Bardzo wygodny i duży apartament, dobrze wyposażony, czysty, ładnie urządzony, w ładnej kamienicy, z zamkniętym ogródkiem i prywatnym parkingiem, brama na pilota. W najbliższej okolicy świetna pizzeria Mamma mia - praktycznie codziennie tam jedliśmy, plus dwie inne restauracje, do centrum spacer ok 20-25 min. Blisko Copp i dobrze zaopatrzony warzywniak. Bezproblemowy kontakt z gospodarzem. Trzeba się liczyć z samodzielnym check inn poprzez wskazaną stronę, podaniem danych włącznie ze zdjęciami dokumentów, a nawet selfie - ale to już często standard we Włoszech. Doszła też opłata klimatyczna, za 5 dni, 3 osoby to 52 eur - zgodnie z wcześniejszą informacją.
− Tylko jedna rzecz nam przeszkadzała - dom stoi przy bardzo głośnej ulicy. Wiedzieliśmy o tym z wcześniejszych komentarzy, więc nie było zaskoczenia. Po prostuj to potwierdzamy - jest to dość uciążliwe kiedy chce się mieć otwarte okna, a nawet przy zamkniętych, w nocy, ruch uliczny jest głośny.
