Disappointing. Frustrating.
1.0− We were not able to stay in the property even if the booking was paid and confirmed. The staff claimed that the published rate is wrong and demanded we pay additional 3K for our stay. She was also asking us to cancel the booking. But I refused to cancel as there is a no cancellation policy for guests. If I cancel, I don’t get a refund. May I ask booking.com to refund my payment, since it was the property that refused to accommodate us.
