7.0The breakfast buffet staff were hospitable. I also loved the pool, the clean and well-maintained room, and having a balcony to relax on. The hotel's location was another highlight, it's conveniently close to the beach, as well as many restaurants, shops, and local stalls, making it easy to explore the area.
− I wish the pool stayed open a little later, perhaps until 9:00 PM. Also, the breakfast was enjoyable, but I think offering a greater variety of food choices would make the experience even better. Lastly, I wanted to mention our experience regarding the complimentary bottled water. We ran out of water and requested additional bottles. However, the staff member seemed annoyed that we had asked for water twice in one day. We had requested water once in the morning and again in the afternoon, with several hours between the two requests. Since only two bottles are provided at a time, they run out quite quickly, especially in Thailand's hot and humid climate where it's easy to become dehydrated. When we asked for more water, the staff responded by saying they had already given us water, and their tone came across as irritated. We found this disappointing because drinking water is a basic necessity, and complimentary water was included as part of what we paid for. We didn't think it was reasonable to have to purchase bottled water when this amenity was already included. Overall, I felt the staff's response was unprofessional and lacking in consideration. A more courteous and understanding approach would have made the experience much more pleasant.
