Atrocious accommodation with even worse communication and customer service

− Dumped Rubbish at the entrance to the apartment, this was there on arrival and increased throughout our stay. We complained and contacted the accommodation they did nothing. There were Cockroaches in the apartment and outside. They were terrifying our children and this is not acceptable in accommodation of this price. The television didn't work, we complained there was nothing done. The shower flooded as the shower head was broken. The shared pool was dirty and had clearly not been cleaned, with green algae on the tiles. The gate on the terrace was broken.
