Terrible experience for a female solo traveller who landed in Manila late at night
1.0I was unable to access or use the property. As the owner didn’t answer the phone or let me into the property. Scary as a solo traveller. As the payment was taken yet accommodation was not honoured.

1.0Location was good and had surrounding businesses that made getting necessities and food just a short walk away. Very close to the airport.
− Staff was not useful at all. Difficult to check-in. Wouldn’t even let me into the building to check-in. Bed was literally broken in half and put back together with a few screws. Every movement made me afraid of breaking it further when I could hear the wood cracking and the screws coming out.
