Good
7.0Location and setting is beautiful. There are streams running around and nice woodlands behind. There are no lights around so you can see stars.
− - Although the tent had a private bathroom, light was not working. So we had to use a torch all night - Logs were wet and not burning. we could not fire the stove in the tent also firepit outside - The place is too close to Heathrow airport. starting very early in the morning, you wake up with airplane noise and it runs all day until midnight - There is either a hunting ground or military facility around. You here shooting noise starting early in the day and continues all day until evening. - There was one resident mouse in the tent. walking between tent's outer shell and insulation under, it made a lot of noise all night. - Overall, going there in October was our mistake. We booked for 2 nights but ended up leaving after the first night. In summer time, if all the tents are occupied, might be a better experience.
Good fun
