Pass The Property Management Sucks
1.0They (Pass the Property) switched properties on us saying this one wasn’t available after we paid. The new property was disgusting. We refused to stay there and they refused to reimburse the payment.
− We send pictures of water damage, dirt on pillows, paper stuffed under legs of tables among other things.

Modern place with surprise eviction notice, NOT RECOMMENDED
3.0The electric appliances and the furniture were modern and well decorated.
− Well, we found 1 blind missing and then 1 of the other blinds fell to the ground almost hitting my wife's foot. Also, the most important thing: we found an eviction notice in the middle of the stay, and we got anxious thinking that we may come back being homeless. Fortunately, they gave 48 hours so that was enough for us to check out, but there is something dodgy happening in the building. This wasn't the only apartment with an eviction notice stuck to the door...
