Most unacceptable!!!
1.0− The place is atrocious!! Dirty, loud, beds are horrible, squeaky, lumpy mattress, no toilet paper, no soap, no towels, no microwave, filthy kitchen. Only hard plastic chairs to sit on. Not able to fold up the sleeper couch into a seating area. It was most unacceptable and I think Booking.com needs to NOT advertise this place. Makes me wonder if I can trust Booking.com again. Very sad! Totally a “ripoff “ for so much money. I feel I need to report this to the authorities!! I have pictures for proof. Please contact me!!!

6.0− Im Erdgeschoss dieses Sammelgebäudes befindet sich eine Bar und auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt es einen Park und Bänke, auf denen die Bargäste täglich von 1 Uhr morgens bis 6 Uhr morgens ihre Party ausklingen lassen. Die Wohnung ist für maximal zwei erwachsene Männer geeignet, drei fremde Personen haben hier keine Möglichkeit zu funktionieren. Ideal für zwei Personen.
Top Lage, aber Verbesserungspotential bei Sauberkeit und Ausstattung
5.0Die Lage ist toll, da sehr zentral. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und man hat einen schönen Blick in die City. Die Fenster haben eine gute Abdunklung und die Einrichtung ist modern.
− Das Badezimmer war nicht gut geputzt. Der zur Wohnung gehörende Eingangsbereich mit steiler Treppe war auch nicht gepflegt. Bett sehr instabil. Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen von Kleidung nicht vorhanden und auch für Handtücher fehlten Haken und die Küche war nicht gut ausgestattet. (z.B. keine Becher/Tassen)
