− Sewer/pipe smell from one of the bathrooms. No air-conditioning in the living room. The fact that they are withholding security deposit. I still haven't got it released from my credit card 16 days after the end of stay.

10.0The big bathrooms (2+toilette). The comfortable rooms. The beatiful decoration. The veranda. The excellent instruction booklet. Actually everything! Location is not an issue since you need a real car in Moorea, wherever you stay.
− We had a little trouble finding the place since we didn't have data roaming in French Polynesia. I would have liked to pay thru booking when I made the reservation since I got instructions to pay 5 days before arriving and by then I was in a sailing boat with no data connection and had to borrow a local mobile to pay. For the (unexpected) security deposit, Anthony agreed to send us instructions to find and enter the house and use the property's wifi to make it as soon as we arrived. Be aware you hear the waves but do not see the beach, there is another house before the beach. Also know that there are corals in the water that might require footwear (I did not use any) and it is shallow and you need to enter a good distance to see fish. We did so many things in Moorea that we only tried the house's beach once and none of this takes away from the perfect score I award Villa Nuupure.
