The apartment was almost brand new and had a fully equipped kitchen. The beds were huge, even the small beds can easily fit two adults. The flat was close to the lake where we took a lot of walks in the snow. Our host was super nice, everytime we reached out, they tried to help us, even offering an early check-in option at 6am for just 250SEK extra. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

− When we called to ask for an extension for one night, we were told that the apartment was already booked, but they said they‘ll see what they can do. A few ours later, my credit card was charged for the additional night, but for more than twice the price than our previous nights – Without confirming with us the increased price. When we called later that day, we found that it was a misunderstanding and that our host was not aware of booking.com charging the money right away without prior confirmation. Even though we were able to agree on a compromise, it is always annoying to deal with such issues during vacations. Besides this, the apartment had a noise detection alarm that went off in the evening. We only had dinner (not a party or anything comparable), so we feel it was a bit oversensitive.
